This website and the “Careers Ninza” brand are owned and operated by Ninza Career Solutions Pvt Ltd, our registered legal entity. References to “Careers Ninza”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Ninza Career Solutions Pvt Ltd.
Refund requests are evaluated case-by-case and depend on how much of the course you have accessed, live sessions attended, and the reason for the request. Please write to [email protected] with your enrollment details as soon as possible.
Refunds are not available once a significant portion of live sessions has been delivered, once a certificate has been issued, or for masterclasses and other free sessions.
For No-Cost EMI enrollments, refund eligibility and any applicable processing charges follow the terms of the financing partner in addition to our own policy above.
If we reschedule, cancel, or materially change a batch you are enrolled in, you may choose to move to another available batch or request a refund for the affected course.
Email [email protected] from your registered email with your name, course, and enrollment ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
