1. Our commitment

We contact people who have asked to hear from us, about things they asked about. We do not buy contact lists, we do not scrape numbers, and we do not run automated dialling or bulk messaging campaigns to people who have not enquired.

2. When we will contact you

You submitted an enquiry, registered for a masterclass, or downloaded a syllabus.

You enrolled in a course, in which case we send service messages about your batch.

You are an institutional or hiring contact who asked us to follow up.

You are an alumnus who has not opted out of alumni communication.

3. What we send

Service messages. Batch schedules, joining links, session changes, instalment reminders, certificate issuance. These are part of the service and continue while you are enrolled.

Enquiry follow-up. Where you asked about a course, we follow up. Our limit is three attempts across a maximum of two weeks. If you do not respond, we stop.

Marketing. New batches, masterclasses and occasional writing. No more than four marketing messages a month across all channels, and you can stop these at any time.

4. What we never do

Send messages to purchased, rented, scraped or harvested lists.

Use misleading sender names or subject lines, or disguise a marketing message as a service notification.

Continue calling after you have asked us to stop, or call outside 9am to 8pm IST.

Share or sell your contact details to another training provider, education agent or advertiser.

Message you on WhatsApp without you having initiated contact or explicitly opted in.

5. How to opt out

WhatsApp: reply STOP. Marketing stops immediately; service messages for a live enrolment continue.

Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

SMS: reply STOP to the message.

Calls: tell the advisor to remove your number, or email us. It is actioned the same working day.

Everything: email [email protected] asking to be removed entirely, and we delete your enquiry record.

Opt-outs are honoured within 24 hours for automated channels and immediately for calls.

6. Messages sent in our name that are not from us

Fraudulent messages offering guaranteed placements, fee discounts or refunds in our name do circulate. We never ask for payment to a personal account, never ask for OTPs or card details over WhatsApp, and never guarantee jobs. Forward anything suspicious to [email protected] and we will confirm whether it came from us.

7. Our partners

Sales and channel partners who refer students to us are contractually bound by this policy. If you receive spam from someone claiming to represent Careers Ninza, report it — we terminate partnerships over it.

8. Reporting a breach

Email [email protected] with a screenshot or the sender details. We investigate within 5 working days and tell you the outcome. You may also escalate through our Grievance Redressal process.
