We kept meeting the same person: a bright, hard-working graduate — engineering, commerce, arts, it didn't matter — holding a real degree, yet unable to clear a first-round interview. Not because they lacked ability, but because nobody had ever taught them the tools, the workflow and the judgment the industry now takes for granted.
