Where we can help, and where we cannot

The honest version, which is shorter than the marketing version.

We can make sure your project is presentable, your resume survives a thirty-second scan, and you have practised the interview enough that the first one is not the rehearsal. We can introduce you to companies that hire from us.

We cannot make the hiring decision, and we will not pretend the market is other than it is. In a slow quarter, good candidates take longer. Anyone promising a guaranteed placement is charging you for that promise somewhere in the fee.

Do you guarantee a job?+

No. Any training provider guaranteeing employment is either misrepresenting it or attaching conditions you have not read yet. We guarantee the support described on this page and nothing beyond it.

Which programs include placement support?+

All long-term programs. Short-term workshops include portfolio guidance so the work is usable in interviews and client pitches, but not the full placement track.

How long does support last?+

Twelve months from course completion. Mentor office hours and the alumni network stay open beyond that.

Do you share my details with companies?+

Only with your explicit consent, for a specific role. We never sell candidate databases or circulate CVs speculatively.

What if I am changing career, not starting one?+

That is most of our cohort. Positioning a career switch credibly is a large part of what the interview preparation covers.

Is there a fee for placement support?+

No. It is included in the program fee. There is no success fee, no income-share agreement and no charge at the point you get hired.
